Preserved book collection

• How use the books the collection
  • If the collection is marked as "preservation" on the website search results, you can use it after applying for data on the website before visiting the library.
  • The preserved book collection is operated under a total closed stack (only employees can enter) and it is available 1 time / 1 day to read or checkout the requested reading materials.
• User's qualification

  All users who can borrow books(But, users who have overdue or in the loan suspension period are unavailable )

• How to request / confirm
  • Library website login > Search for books > Preserved book collection > Click the preserved book checkout button
  • Library website > My Library > Preserved book request check menu
• How to checkout

  After receiving the arrival notice SMS & email Books (Eastern material) in the Monograph collection on 3th floor, receive books (Western material)& Periodicals (Circulation / copy are available) at the Creative Convergence Room on the 2nd floor

• Usage hours
  • The reading materials will be checked out at 15:00 on the same day if the applications made before 13:00
  • The reading materials will be checked out tomorrow if the applications made after 13:00
